The colour is an intense, straw-yellow. On the nose, you perceive an incredible exuberance of olfactory notes to be discovered in all their complexity along with an elegant bouquet with notes of chamomile and wisteria alongside expressive fruit and herbal undertones. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, dense and of considerable value. A complex wine, in which to try a whole series of perceptions, new tastes, typical of its 'ancient' grapes and all to be rediscovered. This wine goes perfectly well with meat- or fish-based antipastos, including robust ones, to light first courses and white meat main dishes.. Ideally served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
