DESCRIPTION

Colonna 1557 Frascati Superiore 2020 D.O.C.G 12.5 % (White) Vinification: After careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed and then very gently crushed, causing as little damage as possible to the skins. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are at the time of optimal ripeness, exclusively harvested by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken open. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks temperatures.
