Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie 2022 D.O.C

A fantastic White Wine formed within the strict DOC guidelines. Derived from the Pinot Grigio grape, harvested around the end of September. The colour is a light-straw yellow colour. On the nose, it has clear and a distinct bouquet of flowers such as acacia. On the palate, it is dry, full with a pleasantly bitter taste. This wine pairs excellent with hors d’oeuvres, delicate first course, fish, white meat , egg and vegetable based dishes. Ideally served at a temperature range of 10-12°C.
