A fantastic White Wine formed within the strict DOC guidelines. Derived from the Pinot Grigio grape, harvested around the end of September. The colour is straw bright yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, it is a fruity, persistent, pleasantly floral bouquet of wildflowers and peach blossoms. On the palate, the wine is intense, structured, and hugging with an exhilarating softness and a balanced acidity. Followed by a long and intense aftertaste with marked exotic and citrus notes. This wine pairs excellent with fish dishes, shellfish, soups and white meats. It is ideally served at a temperature range of 10-12°C.
