Salento Organic Verdeca 2023 IGP

Verdeca is an indigenous grape variety from Puglia and gets its name from the typical green colour of the fruit. This wine is 100% organic and bright golden yellow with delicate greenish highlights. On the nose, it has an intense and persistent bouquet. Fruit with clear hints of citrus, pear and mandarin. Floral with hawthorn and acacia flowers. On the Palate, it is intense with a clear sense of freshness combined with light aromatic notes, followed by a lovely persistent aftertaste and complexion. This wine goes perfectly well with white meats, sea products and seasoned vegetables. Ideally served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
