Riseis Trebbiano d'Abruzzo D.O.C 12.5% (Organic & Vegan White) Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grape, grown in the countryside of Ortona, in the province of Chieti. At an altitude of 250 m.a.s.l, exposure of the vines from South, Southeast. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, ideal with conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. An Abruzzo trellis and spurred cordon training system are used for planting. The yield per hectare is 130q. The harvest takes place during the first week of October. Vinification: After careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed, then, very gently, crushed, causing as little damage as possible to the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks then aged in the bottle at a controlled temperature prior to release from the cellar.
