Riseis Passerina Terre di Chieti I.G.P 12.5% (Organic & Vegan White) Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from the Passerina grape, grown in the countryside of Ortona, in the province of Chieti. At an altitude of 250 m.a.s.l, exposure of the vines from South and Southeast. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, ideal with conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. An Abruzzo trellis and spurred cordon training system are used for planting. The yield per hectare is 85q. The harvest takes place at the end of September. Vinification: After careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed, then, very gently, crushed, causing as little damage as possible to the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks then aged in the bottle at a controlled temperature before release from the cellar.
