. Tenute Sirinada Cannonau di Sardegna 2020 D.O.C. 13.5 % (Red) Vinification: After careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed and then very gently crushed, causing as little damage as possible to the skins. The grapes for this red wine from Italy are, at the time of optimal ripeness, exclusively harvested by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken open. The grapes for this wine are grown in the Gallura region on the northeast tip of Sardinia. The vines are planted in weathered granite soils around 400m above sea level. After harvest, the juice is fermented on its skins to extract extra character.
