On the nose, the aromatic scent is intense but delicate. From ripe to bitter fruit, from the earth to toasted balsamic woods, wildflowers to fruit jellies. Alzavola Rosso is considered an “easy-drinking” wine thanks to its rich tannins and deliciously soft velvety dark fruit flavours such as cherry and plum. This wine goes perfect with red meat and game. Excellent as an aperitif and with first courses. Ideally served at a temperature range of 16-18°C.
