An extraordinary award-winning Red wine from Sardinia. Made from Cannonau, the local name for Grenache but it is one of Sardinia's most successful wine grapes. This wine has a ruby red colour. On the nose, it has aromas of ripe red fruits such as prunes and blackberries, spicy scents and floral. On the palate, the wine is dry, with light tannins and has a bitter but pleasant aftertaste. This wine pairs excellently well with roasted meat, game, ripe cheese and cold meats. Ideally served at a temperature of between 16 and 18°C
