Natum Cabernet Sauvignon 13% (Vegan Red Blend) Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape and Cabernet Franc, grown in the countryside of Ortona, in the province of Chieti. At an altitude of 250 m.a.s.l, exposure of the vines from South, Southeast. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, ideal with conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. An Abruzzo trellis and spurred cordon training system are used for planting. The yield per hectare is 100q. The harvest takes place at the end of October. Vinification: After careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed, then, very gently, crushed, causing as little damage as possible to the skins. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
