Natum Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 Vegan

A beautiful vegan red wine blend that has a ruby red colour with deep violet hues. On the nose, it has fruity aromas with hints of blackcurrant, black cherry, liquorice and subtle scents of tobacco. On the palate, the wine is elegant with ripe black fruits and full-bodied. This wine pairs well excellently with meat dishes and cheeses. Ideally served at a temperature of 18°C.

Natum Cabernet Sauvignon 13% (Vegan Red Blend) Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape and Cabernet Franc, grown in the countryside of Ortona, in the province of Chieti. At an altitude of 250 m.a.s.l, exposure of the vines from South, Southeast. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, ideal with conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. An Abruzzo trellis and spurred cordon training system are used for planting. The yield per hectare is 100q. The harvest takes place at the end of October. Vinification: After careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed, then, very gently, crushed, causing as little damage as possible to the skins. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks. It is then aged in the bottle at a controlled temperature prior to release from the cellar.   The historic NATUM Organic line, produced for the first time in 1990, fully embodies Agriverde's ecological philosophy. With the double Bio-Vegan certification we guarantee wines of great pleasure on the palate but free of substances that can generate food intolerances (such as albumin and casein).
