An incredible appassimento-style Red wine from the heart of Apulia. Carefully selected grapes from the old alberello vines. The harvest is made when grapes are overriped being left to dry on the vines. This wine has a ruby red colour. On the nose, it has intense aromas of ripe red fruits, jams, vanilla and chocolate notes. The wine has a pleasantly dry and full-bodied flavour with velvety tannins. This wine goes perfectly well with grilled meat, pasta, cured meats and aged cheeses. Ideally served at a temperature range of between 18-20°.
