A fantastic red wine was formed within the strict DOC guidelines and derived from the Merlot grape, harvested around the end of September. The colour is a ruby red colour with purple hues. On the nose, it has a full bouquet with notes of raspberry, blackberry and blueberry combined with hints of Mediterranean spices. On the palate, it's dry and soft. It has a pleasant, warm aftertaste and a full finish in the mouth. This wine pairs excellently with savoury first courses, red and white meats, roasts, game and semi-matured cheeses. It is ideally served at a temperature range of 14-16°C.
