On the nose, it is remarkably complex and spicy with elegant notes of vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon, leather, and refined fruity nuances. On the palate, it is fruity and persistent with a sweet and enveloping tannic sensation with a long and pleasant finish. This wine pairs excellently with grilled meats, baked meats, game, and is ideal with aged cheeses. It is ideally served at a temperature range of 18-20°C.
