A fantastic White Wine derived from the Traminer Aromatico grape. The colour is straw yellow. On the nose, it has an intense and defined bouquet with floral notes, wild rose berries and exotic fruit. On the palate, the wine is greatly balanced, intensely aromatic, fresh, persistent and slightly mineral. The balanced acidity gives a long intense finish with a touch of Mediterranean spices. This wine pairs excellent with hot and cold appetisers, savoy first courses, fish risottos, grilled fish, baked fish, white meats and medium aged cheeses.  It is ideally served at a temperature range of 10-12°C.
