"IDENTITAS" Falanghina del Sannio D.O.C 2023

Here we have an extraordinary award-winning white wine. This Falanghina was voted the best white wine in the Campania region. This wine has an intense straw colour with greenish hints. On the nose, the scent is characterized by notes of orange, white melon, mandarin, pineapple, apricot jelly, white plum, mimosa and orange peel. On the palate, citrus fruit followed by yellow ripe fruit. Then a lovely mineral and smoked finish. This wine goes well with Raw seafood, carpaccio and first courses of land such as risottos with crustaceans, vegetables or mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella or fresh spun cheeses. It is ideally served at a temperature range of 9-10°C.
