The colour is bright ruby red. On the nose, vinous, very fruity of wild berries with hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, extremely pleasant, soft, accompanied by a sweet tannin. A persistent, long wine of satisfying softness. This wine goes perfectly well with red meat. Well, also with meat or mushroom risottos, rich stews, grilled white meats, prime poultry and when fully aged is perfect with game. Ideally served at a temperature of 18-20°C.
