A stunning White Wine formed within the strict DOC guidelines. Derived from the Falanghina grape, harvested in the second half of the September. The Falanghina is a precious grape native to Benevento, it has a straw colour and characteristic floral aromas. The flavour is dry, harmonious and fresh. This wine goes well with appetizers and first courses of fish, pasta, white meats, mozzarella and grilled vegetables. Ideally served at a temperature range of 9-10°C.
