A fantastic Rosé Wine is formed within the strict DOC guidelines. Derived from the Pinot Grigio grape, harvested around the end of September. On the nose, a broad and intense bouquet with pronounced floral notes reminiscent of rose, wild violet, and wild blackberry. On the palate, great elegance and balance, featuring a pronounced freshness and persistent finish. Well-integrated acidity gives a long and intense aftertaste with fruity and floral nuances.  Perfect with light appetisers, seafood salads, grilled fish, fresh cheeses, or simply as an aperitif. Ideally served at a temperature of 10–12°C

DESCRIPTION

Corte Molino Pinot Grigio Blush Venezie 2024 D.O.C. 12.5% (Rosé)

Production Area: Veneto, Venezia.

Soil: alluvial origin, flat, mainly calcareous and clayey.
Vineyards Altitude: 30 m slm

Training System: Slyvoz e Guyot.

Harvest Period: September.

Vinification: initial destemming (separation of berries from stems),
dynamic skin maceration, and subsequent soft pressing (separation
of must from skins) carried out in an environment fully saturated with carbon dioxide and protected from oxidation and bacterial
proliferation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of
14°-16°C, during which the must is transformed into wine. The wine
is aged on the lees with frequent batonnage for several months.

Ageing in Bottle: 2 months.

Dry Extract: 26 g/L

Sugar Content: 5 g/L

Total Acidity: 6 g/L
