A fantastic Rosé Wine is formed within the strict DOC guidelines. Derived from a blend of Raboso, Refosco and Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested around the end of September. The colour is soft, bright and pink. On the nose, it is large and with an intense bouquet with marked floral notes, reminiscent of rose, wild violet and wild blackberry. On the palate, the wine has elegance and balance with a strong, fresh and persistent note. Well-blended acidity that gives a long and intense aftertaste with fruity and floral notes. Perfect with delicate dishes such as legume soups. Ideally served at a temperature of 12–14°C

DESCRIPTION

Rosa Rosé Venezie 2024 D.O.C. 12.5% (Rosé)

Production Area: Veneto, Venezia.

Soil: alluvial origin, flat, mainly calcareous and clayey.


Vineyards Altitude: 30 m slm

Training System: Guyot.

Harvest Period: September.

Vinification: Initial de-stemming (separation of the berry from the stem) and subsequent soft pressing (separation of the must from
the grape skin)which takes place in an environment
perfectly saturated with carbon dioxide and protected from
the risk of oxidation and bacterial proliferation.
Fermentation with the transformation of the must into wine at a controlled temperature of 14°-16°. Subsequently, the wine remains in ageing on the lees through frequent batonnage for some months.

Ageing in Bottle: 2 months.

Dry Extract: 28 g/L

Sugar Content: 5 g/L

Total Acidity: 6 g/L

pH: 3,2
