Natum Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo D.O.C 13% (Organic & Vegan Rosé)
Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grape, grown in the countryside of Ortona, in the province of Chieti. At an altitude of 280 m.a.s.l, exposure of the vines from South, Southeast. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, ideal with conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. An Abruzzo trellis and spurred cordon training system are used for planting. The yield per hectare is 100q. The harvest takes place at the end of September.
Vinification: After careful selection, the grapes are de-stemmed, then, very gently, crushed, causing as little damage as possible to the skins. Cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and temperature control of the clear must during fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged in the bottle at a controlled temperature prior to release from the cellar.
