The colour is straw yellow. On the nose, fragrant and typical of Sauvignon with intense aromas. On the palate, characterised by a balance between acidity, softness and flavour in a body of fragrant roundness and with a pleasant finish. This wine goes perfectly well with fish-based dishes, even elaborate ones and shellfish. Fish pasta and risotto, fried fish. Also to be enjoyed with soft cheeses. Ideally served at a temperature of 12-14°C.
