Corte Molino Chardonnay Venezie 2023 D.O.C 12.5% (White) Training System: Guyot Harvest Time: End of September Vinification: Initial de-stemming (separation of the berry from the stem) and subsequent soft pressing (separation of the must from the grape skin). Decanting with consequent clarification of the must which ferments at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°. Subsequently, the wine remains ageing on the lees through frequent batonnage for a few months. It is then aged in the bottle for 2 months before release.
