A dry medium-bodied award-winning Sparkling White Wine derived from the Falanghina Grape. Spumante is known as the Prosecco of the south and this wine is born in the purity of its vinification. V.S.Q stands for Vino Spumante Di Qualita and this translates to "Quality Sparkling Wine". It has a pale straw colour, persistent and a very fine-grained perlage. On the nose, it is full of hints of white flowers, bread crust and almonds. The taste is fresh, dry and harmonious with good persistence. This goes excellently well when paired with buffalo mozzarella, appetizers, first courses of raw and cooked fish, grilled fish and vegetables.
