Vinification: The grapes are harvested separately by hand, the grapes are destined and left to macerate for 12 days at a temperature of 26-28°C. The fermentation is assisted by short frequent remontage and delestage to achieve a generous, good-bodied wine with a long finish. After the wines are racked and undergo malolactic fermentation. They are then blended and set in French oak barriques and tonneaux. They are then aged for 6 months in the cellar.
