A semi-sparkling Red Wine derived from the Aglianico Grape, harvested in September with a slight advancement on maturation techniques.
It has a ruby red colour with an abundant and persistent froth. The nose shows notes of red fruit with hints of violet. Resulting in a fresh and slightly sweet but pleasant flavour, it is a wine for all meals but goes especially well with appetizers of meats, cheeses and pasta. Ideally served at a temperature range of 10-12°C.
