Continental weather. Cold winter and extremely hot and dry summer with important differences in temperature between day and night.
Winemaking process
The harvest took place at the beginning of October. Macerated in skins for 14 days with several pump-overs. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23-25°C. The wine subsequently remains in stainless steel tanks until March next year.
