Val de Heras Vino Rosado 2020 13% (House Rosé Wine) (Spain)
Continental weather. Cold winter and extremely hot and dry summer with important differences in temperature between day and night.
The harvest took place at the beginning of October. Macerated in skins for 12 hours at low temperature. After bleeding the vat, the resulting must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C for 12 days. The wine remains in stainless steel vats until next January.
