A stunning award-winning white wine coming from Sardinia. This wine has a straw yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose it has intense aromas of fruit. On the palate the wine is delicate and elegant with a pleasant fruity taste. This wine pairs excellently with appetisers, fish based starters, pasta, soup, fish and delicate white meat. Ideally served at a temperature of between 9 and 10 °C.

Tenute Sirinada Vermentino di Sardegna 2021 D.O.C 13% (White)
Winemaking Process:
Destemming and soft crushing of the grapes takes place first. Cold maceration is then followed by fermentation for 12-24 hours at a controlled temperature up to 15 °C.
