A premium quality award-winning red wine coming from Puglia. The wine has an intense ruby red colour with violet hues. On the nose, it has aromas of red berry jams, vanilla and spice. The Taste is very elegant, soft and round with pleasant delicate tannins. Ideal food pairings: Aged cheese, grilled meat, lamb and game. Ideally served at a temperature range of 16-18°C.
