A fantastic White Wine formed within the strict DOC guidelines. Derived from the Pinot Grigio grape, harvested around the middle of September. This Pinot Grigio is a still vintage wine, simple and light and best consumed within a year. This is to preserve the characteristics of freshness and aromatic notes. The colour is straw yellow. On the nose, it has aromatic notes of floral and fruit. On the palate, the wine is dry, velvety and with mineral notes. Its light-bodied style means it is delicate but at the same time, it has a lively flavour thanks to the acidity. This wine pairs excellent with fish and white meat meals. Ideally served at a temperature range of 10-12°C.

Farming of the grapes: The wine is made from the Pinot Grigio grape, grown in loamy soils. They are divided into three different blocks: the first block, planted in 2016, is adjacent to the Monticano river in the municipality of Conegliano. Its loamy soil, free of stones and rich in nutrients. Here are 2 hectares of Pinot Grigio. An espalier farming system is employed, with an average vine age ranging from between 5 and 10 years. The harvest takes place in the second half of September.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and conferred to the winery. There follows the de-stemming and soft pressing of the grapes. The wine is made using the technique of cryo-maceration with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days at a controlled temperature. The product is bottled during the month of March.
