An extraordinary award-winning 100% Organic and Vegan Red wine which has a Ruby Red colour with entrancing hints of blackberries, currants, violets and spices. The taste is full, dry and balsamic. The wine goes perfectly well with pork meat, spicy dishes, roasted meat with herbs and blue cheese. Ideally served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Vinification: The whole grapes are subject to soft pressing and the must is then fermented in French oak for 15 days before being aged in steel tanks for 1 year. Then the wine is bottled and ageing continues.
