A stunning award-winning 100% Organic and Vegan White Wine. This wine has a Pale gold colour with green hues; Having been grown in the warm climate of the Puglia region, this wine has acquired hints of banana, pineapple and acacia flowers. The ageing on its own yeasts give it aromas of bread crust and an elegant, soft and complex palate. This wine goes perfect with fish risotto, mixed fried fish and cheese. Ideally served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
The sea and mountains of the “Terre del Gargano” characterize the organic vineyards grown by the Losito family for three generations.

Description
Organic Chardonnay 2020 IGP Puglia 13% (Organic White) (Vegan)

Fertilization: Marc and broad bean plants
Pruning: Spur pruned cordon
Plant density: 4000 plants/hectare
Yield: 6 T/hectare
Soil: Clayey
Harvest period: Mid August
Vinification: The whole grapes are subject to soft pressing with 6-hour skin contact and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine is then aged for 4 months on their own yeasts and then bottled.
