Ginesia Pecorino Terre Di Chieti 2018 IGP 13% (Organic White)
Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from the Pecorino grape, grown in the old vineyards selected in the municipalities of Orsogna, Filleto and Guardiagrele. They are small towns in the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The soils are made up of textured lands and generally end with a limestone substrate and rocky outcrops sparse. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, with little annual rainfall and very high-temperature ranges; ideal conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. A Row orientation system is used for planting. The harvest takes place during the month of September to mid-October.
Vinification: The whole bunches are sent within pneumatic presses and the must is fermented at a low temperature ranging between 12-14°C. They are then refined in stainless steel tanks and bottled.
