Ginesia Passerina Terre Di Chieti 2018 IGP 12.5% (Organic White)
Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from the Passerina grape, grown in the old vineyards selected in the municipalities of Orsogna, Filleto and Guardiagrele. They are small towns in the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The soils are made up of textured lands and generally end with a limestone substrate and rocky outcrops sparse. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, with little annual rainfall and very high-temperature ranges; ideal conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. A Row orientation system is used for planting. The harvest takes place at the end of September.
Vinification: The whole grapes are subject to soft pressing and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature ranging between 13-16°C. They are then refined in stainless steel tanks and bottled.
