Cotoval Tempranillo 2019 14% (Red Wine) (Spain)
Continental weather. Cold winter and extremely hot and dry summer with important differences in temperature between day and night.
The harvest took place at the beginning of October. Macerated in skins for 14 days with several pump-overs. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23-25°C. The wine subsequently remains in vats stainless steel tanks until May next year.
