Continental weather. Cold winter and extremely hot and dry summer with important differences in temperature between day and night.
The harvest takes place at the beginning of October. Macerated on skins for 18 days with several pump-overs. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels of American (75%) and French (25%) oaks where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
