An excellent high-quality wine coming from the vineyards of the fabulous region of Loire Valley. The wine has a luminous garnet-red colour. On the nose, it reveals complex aromas of spices. The tufa stone gives it its finesse and lightness with delicate notes of red fruits and flowers. This wine is rich, heavy, fresh, balanced and presents fine and velvety tannins. With its great acidity, the wine is truly mouthwatering. This wine pairs excellently well with red meats (pork, burgers), cheeses (Goat cheese, Ravioli, Feta) and Vegetable dishes (Lentil, Pinto beans, Spinach, Tomato). Ideally served at a temperature range of 14-15°C. (Decant)
