Louis Vallon Cremant De Bordeaux Brut 12 % (Rosé Sparkling) Origin: According to the legend, a young English soldier was looked after by a french priest during the Hundred Years War. This priest made him discover a sparkling wine made by himself. He described his vineyard saying that by the moonlight, the “Vallon Luit” (the valley gleams). The soldier came back to England talking about this “Luit Vallon” which became “Louis Vallon”. This wine won Concours National des Crémants 2020 - Gold. Vineyard & Winery: Different development stages follow the traditional method: pressing, first fermentation, fermentation in the bottle for the 2nd fermentation, maturing, riddling, disgorging and filtration.
